Automation Engineer (Design) (30K – 50K) (SDG-131992) - บริษัท จัดหางาน อาร์จีเอฟ เอชอาร์ เอเจนท์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

Duties & Responsibilities: 
• Mechanical & Precision Design: Translate complex 3D models into accurate 2D manufacturing drawings with clear tolerances (GD&T) and finish specifications to ensure seamless machining.• Engineering Calculation: Select appropriate machine elements and perform critical calculations, including torque and moment of inertia.• Control Systems: Design and implement control systems for motors and industrial robots.• Programming & Vision: Program PLCs (Mitsubishi & Keyence), develop image processing for sensing systems, and build traceability systems using Python.• System Integration: Select appropriate sensors/actuators and build robust industrial network systems.

Necessary Skill / Experience 
• Bachelor Degree in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.• At least 5 years or working experience in Automation field from any manufacturing.• Must have experience in designing automation machine.• Must proficient in SolidWorks program.• Extensive experience in Robot and Motor control system design.• Experience in programming PLC machines (Mitsubishi and Keyence).• Solid understanding of industrial networking and sensor/actuator selection.• Analytical mindset with the ability to perform complex mechanical calculations.• Conversational middle level of English (Work closely with JP Engineer)• Proven expertise in 3D & 2D CAD with deep knowledge of GD&T, materials, and heat treatment processes will be preferable.• Experience in Image Processing for sensing and Python for traceability or data systems will be preferable.
