Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Receive and review customer approved drawings, and coordinate internally for implementation • Verify prototype molds and propose improvements from manufacturability and quality perspectives • Modify and improve 2D & 3D models using CATIA V5, and prepare related technical documentation • Prepare material and product specification documents according to customer requirements • Organize necessary information and coordinate processes for new model mass production launch • Other tasks related to new model development as assigned

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor's Degree or Technical college of mechanical engineering or related fields• At least 2 years experience in New Model promotion or design improvement at automobile related industries, or plastic injection industries• Able to use auto CAD (Checking the data for modeling）• Able to use CATIA V5 will be preferable• Plastic injection knowledge will be preferable• Working experience in the Japanese company will be preferable• Basic level of English will be preferable (read drawings, documents)

• English : Conversational• Japanese : None
