<Job responsibilities>
- Strategic Consulting: Lead and direct diverse project teams through hands-on approaches to execute solutions and achieve project goals; Responsible for specific components of a project (projects can vary in length, size, and location, depending on the client- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to client executives through high-quality deliverables; Build trust-based relationships with clients through close collaboration to understand their concern- Business Development: Take responsibility for sales and marketing activities including proposal development and client presentations; Present company capabilities and thought leadership at conferences and industry events to represent the company- Team Leadership & Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants to maintain high standards of project delivery and foster their professional growth; Contribute to the development of the company's consulting methodology and best practice

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 26 - 38 years old- Bachelor's degree- At least 4 years relevant experience as Consultant, Business analyst, Business planning, Product Planning, Project manager, Data analyst at top-tier consulting firms- At least 1 year experience in managing subordinates- Business level in English (to Communicate with clients and external parties)- Strong research and analytical capabilities with Advanced Excel proficiency- Exceptional Ability to create professional deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and written reports
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Bachelor's Degrees in Engineering, Finance, Economics, other business-related fields, with excellent academic performance.- Graduated with high GPA.- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).- Strong academic record from top-tier MBA program.- Industry Expertise in automotive, agricultural, and food sectors preferred.- Professional Experience in operations management is a plus, including: manufacturing operations, production Control, process improvement initiatives, product development, new business development.
