Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Support the Factory Manager in supervising daily production operations and production staff.• Improve production management, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.• Lead and monitor continuous improvement activities on the shop floor.• Coordinate with related departments to resolve production issues and improve workflows.• Coach and develop supervisors and production leaders to strengthen leadership and accountability.• Prepare production reports and support management meetings.• Assist the Factory Manager in implementing production strategies and organizational improvements.• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree• At least 3 years management experience in machine parts manufacturer• Comfortable with administrative work and able to build strong relationships with subordinates.• Conversational middle to high level of Japanese (Communication with Japanese Factory Manager)• Experience in sheet metal, machining, hydraulic components, or machinery-related manufacturing will be preferable.• Experience working with Japanese management or in a Japanese company will be preferable.• Experience in continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen will be preferable.
Languages skills
• English : Conversational• Japanese : Conversational
Workplace Area: Phanthong, ChonburiWorking Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon – Fri Sat : Once a month depending on company's calendar)
