Duties & Responsibilities: 
• To be responsible to smooth factory running by supporting management members• To take care production, quality, budget, manpower plans• Kaizen-ing and monitoring each process to have more efficient productivity and to reduce the cost• Interpret Japanese to Thai and vice versa in production line, and meeting etc.• Support Japanese staff to communicate with Thai worker and Thai staff through interpreting  • Take care Japanese clients when they visit factory • Translate documents and e-mail from Japanese to Thai and vice versa. • Exchange e-mail with clients or Japan HQ in Japanese when it’s necessary• Other task might be assigned

Necessary Skill / Experience 
• Bachelor’s Degree• At least 10 years experience in manufacturing of automobile parts or plastic/resin related manufacturer• At least 3 years experience in management of manufacturing department• Conversational middle to high level of Japanese to communicate with Japanese Managers• Studying or working experience in Japan• Experience of plastic injection or painting for automobile parts
Languages skills 
• English : Conversational• Japanese : Conversational
Workplace Area: Amatanakhorn Phase 4 Maung ChonburiWorking Hour: 7:00-16:45(Mon - Fri : No Sat)
