Duties & Responsibilities: 
• Planning quality control (QC) activities including inspection schedules, procedures, and resource allocation.• Supervising QC staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to achieve departmental goals and turnaround times.• Implementing and monitoring inspection processes to prevent the escape of non-conforming incoming materials and finished products.• Controlling and maintaining the calibration system for measuring equipment to ensure availability and conformity at all times.• Verifying that all measurements and inspections are performed in accordance with written work instructions, specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards.• Managing the QC area, maintaining organization, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards.• Conducting audits and analyzing inspection data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and drive continuous improvement.• Compiling and reporting quality metrics and inspection results to management.• Addressing quality-related issues and escalating critical non-conformities as necessary.

Necessary Skill / Experience 
• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field• Conversational middle level in English (interview conducted in English)• At least 5 years of working experience as a QC Engineer in any manufacturing industry• At least 2 years of management experience as a Senior, Leader, or Supervisor• Direct experience with AS 9001 or ISO 9001• Knowledge and experience with precision machining• Have working experience with AS9100 will be preferable

Workplace Area: Laemchabang Industrial Estate Si Racha District, ChonburiWorking Hour:  8:00-17:00 (Saturday Working: Every Saturday)
