Facility & Maintenance Manager (40K – 60K) (SDG-132197) - บริษัท จัดหางาน อาร์จีเอฟ เอชอาร์ เอเจนท์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

Duties & Responsibilities: 
• Oversee factory facilities, utilities, buildings.• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize production downtime.• Develop and implement annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans.• Lead facility repair, renovation, and improvement projects.• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.• Lead and develop the maintenance and facility team.• Support energy efficiency, safety, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.

Necessary Skill / Experience 
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields.• At least 5 years of working experience in Facility and Maintenance Management within any manufacturing industry.• At least 2 years managing experience as Assistant Manager level up.• Conversation middle-high level in English (Communicating with international suppliers and meeting with overseas colleagues)• Strong experience of utilities, electrical systems, solar cell systems, building maintenance, and production machinery.• Knowledge of ISO 9001,14001• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Able to attend face to face interview.• Good command in English is an advantage.• Experience in garment, textile, or consumer goods manufacturing is an advantage.
