SUMMARY OF POSITION
1) Warehouse operation control 2) Transportation control 3) Manpower control in customer manufacturer4) Make quotation for new job of warehouse and transportation5) Summary Monthly report of warehouse and transport sale and cost6) Control maintenance shop
Prepare capacity plan 
1) Review daily report both of warehouse and Transportation2) Review capacity for operation warehouse and layout of each warehouse3) Review Operation flow for process improvement4) Manpower and Equipment plan for new project5) Quality operation control6) Make quotation for new project
Manage and control
1) Collaborate with customer and concerned department2) Set department target 3) Review cost in a month for improvement in process for cost saving4) Monthly operation and transport report to management5) Budget yearly setting
KPIs.
1) Zero Accident2) Quality problems decrease3) Cost reduction4) Improvement staff and worker to skill up

Necessary Skill / Experience 
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management or a related field.• At least 5 years of working experience in Warehouse & Transportation Control (Inventory management) from Automotive manufacturing industry or Logistic field (Consider only logistic for automotive part product)• At least 2 years of management experience as Assistant Manager or higher level• Must have transportation control experience• Understanding of good inventory management principles (e.g., FIFO, Just-in-Time), 5S system, and warehouse safety standards.• Conversational middle - high level of English *interview in English (Report directly to Japanese management)• Able to attend face to face interview.• Business level in English will be preferable
