Production Planning Deputy Manager / Manager (Chinese HSK 5) (45K – 70K) (SDG-132154) - บริษัท จัดหางาน อาร์จีเอฟ เอชอาร์ เอเจนท์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

Duties & Responsibilities: 
• Define, monitor, and review departmental action plans to ensure on-time delivery.• Prepare and propose the annual department budget. Monitor and control expenses to stay within the approved budget.• Plan and prioritize production activities to optimize scheduling, maximize performance, and minimize operational delays.• Determine required manpower, equipment, and raw materials while analyzing machine capacity to meet production demand efficiently.• Oversee material requirements planning and maintain absolute accuracy of the bill of materials.• Maintain workplace discipline, safety protocols, and company regulations within the team.• Drive continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and skills training for staff. Manage job shadowing programs for new hires.• Support, motivate, and build a positive work environment for the team.• Establish, evaluate, and regularly review SOP and system documentation.• Ensure all operations comply with industry quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).• Oversee and enforce environmental, occupational health, and safety standards in the department.• Represent the department in company meetings and cross-functional activities.• Participate in relevant external training and seminars to bring best practices to the company.

Necessary Skill / Experience 
• Bachelor’s Degree• At least 3 years of experience in Production Planning in manufacturing environment• Experience in managing logistics, transportation, carrier, and inventory control & managing budgets and controlling expenses.• At least 1-2 years experience management subordinate under control. • Conversation high level of Chinese (HSK5 up)• Able to use ERP or MRP systems.• Proven management/supervisory experience in Production Planning and Material Control more than 5 years. (if have Experience in Electronics Industry is a strong plus)
