QA/QC Supervisor (25K – 30K) (SDG-132273) - บริษัท จัดหางาน อาร์จีเอฟ เอชอาร์ เอเจนท์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

Duties & Responsibilities: 
• Control to daily inspection for achieve to customer specification and daily production plan.
• Managing to basic non-conforming product for protection flow out to customer
• Control and monitoring to employee for operating to working standard including improvement skill.
• Prepare of working standard and document relate in accordance with the quality system.
• Follow up and monitoring of quality including in-house and outsource.
• Responsible in customer complaints and follow up in corrective for preventive action.
• Coordinate with production department to solve problems related to quality.
• Control measuring equipment follow to calibration plan.
• Summarization and prepare presentation quality of month.
• Analyze the measurement system to cover all processes.
• Other (Jobs assign form QA/QC Manager)

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering will be preferable
• At least 5 years of working experience in QA/QC field from automotive manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of working experience as Leader or having subordinates
• Conversational daily - middle level of English (Coordinating and meeting with oversea clients sometimes)
• Strong experience in IATF16949 system.
• Experience in IQA, Quality system, QC 7 tools, Core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, Control plan) etc.
• Must be able to read drawing.
• Must be able to use measuring equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday - Friday Saturday working: 4 days/year *Depend on calendar)
