Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
• Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation, etc.).
• Contribute to the development of the maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
• Participate in the coordination of projects (e.g., renovations).
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Section Chief Manager or above.

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Electrical or related field
• Have working experience at least 2 years as Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Maintenance Engineer from any manufacturing industry
• Strong in maintenance PLC (Mitsubishi or Siemen)
• Have working experience of maintenance utility and facility
• Conversational low-middle level of English
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: SAHA industrial Estate Sriracha, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Sat: None)
