Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Developing and expanding new customer accounts and creating new business opportunities.
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers, including managing customer entertainment activities.
• Coordinating with customers regarding pricing, quality, delivery schedules, and requirements.
• Analyzing customer requirements, preparing quotations, and conducting commercial negotiations.
• Monitoring and controlling new model projects from Request for Quotation (RFQ) until Start of Production (SOP) to achieve project timeline targets.
• Coordinating with internal departments (Production, QA, Engineering, and Purchasing) to support customer projects.
• Preparing sales reports, forecast reports, and customer satisfaction reports for management review.
• Supporting and complying with Occupational Health & Safety policy and Quality Management Systems (ISO14001, ISO45001, and IATF16949).
• Other assign by Manager

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. (Put GPAX in resume)
• At least 3 years of working experience as Sales, Marketing. or Business Development in automotive manufacturing industry.
• Must have experience in business development or expanding new customers.
• Conversation middle - high level of English *Have to communicate with international clients, interview in English
• Holds a driving license.
• No job hopper
• Conversational high - business level in Chinese will be preferable
• Experience in taking care of Chinese customers will be preferable
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Siam Eastern Industrial Park
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon. - Fri. Saturday working: average 2 Saturdays, depends on the company's calendar)
