Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze safety statistics, prepare reports, and provide recommendations regarding workplace accidents, occupational illnesses, and work-related incidents
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions based on incident investigation reports, conduct hazard identification, and perform risk assessments for each department
• Prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Point Analysis, and PPE Matrix for each department
• Conduct daily and monthly safety inspections for employees and contractors, and organize weekly safety meetings
• Organize and promote occupational safety activities within the company
• Coordinate health examinations based on occupational risk factors and compare employees' hearing test results
• Prepare monthly reports on first aid room/medical room utilization
• Conduct drug testing in accordance with the company's White Factory policy

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety major.
• At least 1 year as Safety Officer in any manufacturing industry.
• Have working experience with ISO 9001 and 14001
• Has Professional Safety Officer License.
• Conversational daily - middle level of English. (Email, Document only not require speaking skill)
• Able to use MS Office.
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Hitech Kabin Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri Saturday Working: 1-2 times per Month / average 17 SAT per year)
