Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations.
• Manage resources within budget, including materials, equipment, finances, and human resources.
• Develop strategic plans to maximize productivity.
• Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality to deliver products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, industrial standards, and applicable laws.
• Negotiate contracts to optimize operational efficiency.
• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to foster a positive and innovative work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments in the parent company/factory such as Marketing, Engineering, and Quality to align manufacturing capabilities.
• Promote continuous improvement, innovation, high performance, and a strong safety culture.
• Monitor KPIs and evaluate staff achievements and performance.
• Plan annual financial budgets and human resource requirements.

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 10 years of working experience in overall of management in automotive or electronics industry.
• At least 3 years as Plant Manager, General Manager position at current company (with around 200 subordinates)
• Conversational high level of English. (Able to communicate with Board and Executive Director in Hongkong, Chinese)
• Professional Skills: Goal-oriented, strong managerial skills, manufacturing know-how, leadership, strategic planning, financial proficiency, strong decision-making ability and ability to foster a high-performing team culture.
• Able to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
• Has connection for suppliers or any partner that related in EV / Energy / Electronics business for expansion is an advantage.

• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Pluakdaeng Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday)
