<Job responsibilities>
- Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.- Check and Manage the accounting standards and company policies.- To manage month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.- Supervise accounting and tax functions, ensuring compliance with export-related regulations and Thai tax requirements.- Drive continuous process improvements through SAP optimization, automation, and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.- Coordinate with internal and external parties on accounting and tax matters.- Lead, coach and Develop the accounting team to enhance performance, strengthen capability and Support business objectives.- Other tasks as assigned by the management

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 35 - 45 years old- Bachelor's degree in the Accounting field- At least 10 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, all functions from any related industry- At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager with subordinates- Conversational High level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management and coordinate with overseas customers)- Have CPD license- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), VBA,  Power Query, Power BI- Strong Knowledge about Thai financial reporting standards, export accounting, export documentation, and relevant tax regulations- Ability to work with Details under pressure and deadlines- Good analytical, problem-solving, and also communications skills.
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience in a Japanese company- Experience in an export or automotive business industry- Experience with SAP or ERP Program
