<Job responsibilities>
- As a core member of the factory, you will handle both mechanical/electrical maintenance and production management tasks:- Able to Support both the head office and visit branch offices(company bus provided, located in Pathumthani as well) as assigned.- Equipment maintenance: Routine Inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment within the factory.- Production management: Managing manufacturing processes, tracking progress, and proposing improvements/efficiency optimizations for the shop floor.- Field Management: Directing team members and overseeing day-to-day operations.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, age 34 - 45 years old- Bachelor's degree- At least 4 years of experience in service engineer or production engineer (mechanical or electrical experience) from manufacturing company- At least 2 year of Strong leadership skills to manage field staff, or prior experience at a supervisor/chief level or higher.- Conversation Middle in English , communication with Japanese Manager in daily document and report- Able to work under pressure- Good communication skills, willing to talk with Top management
Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None
Workplace Area:  Khlong Luang, Pathum ThaniWorking Hour:   8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday [Every other Saturday])
