Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Monitor and Control Maintenance KPIs to achieve Department's target         
• Ensure all preventive maintenance (PM) activities are completed according to the maintenance plan. 
• Ensure timely corrective actions for machine failures and abnormalities 
• Manage maintenance manpower and resources effectively to support production operations 
• Lead and manage all maintenance activities (PM, BM and CM) for manufacturing and assembly equipment. 
• Plan, monitor and control preventive maintenance schedules to ensure all maintenance activities are completed as planned. 
• Monitor machine performance and equipment condition to improve reliability and availability. 
• Analyze major equipment failures, identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 
• Manage maintenance manpower, spare parts inventory, maintenance budget and department KPIs. 
• Coordinate with related departments to support production targets. 
• Other tasks as assigned.

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineer or related field.
• At least 7 years of working experience as Maintenance Engineer from any manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of management experience as Supervisor or higher level.
• At least 3 years experience in Japanese Manufacturers or worked in Japan.
• Strong experience of PM, BM, CM, TPM, Kaizen and machine improvement. 
• Experience in maintenance of manufacturing equipment, assembly machines, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems and automation equipment 
• Experience in maintenance planning, spare parts management, budget control and KPIs management 
• Conversational daily - middle level in English *Report directly to JP General Manager and coordinate with HQ
• Able to attend face to face interview
• No job hopper
• Conversational high - business level of Japanese
