Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage the production team to achieve production targets while ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Oversee production operations, including monitoring production processes, controlling product quality, and maintaining safety standards
• Manage workforce planning, production scheduling, and daily factory operations to ensure production goals are achieved
• Plan and schedule maintenance for factory buildings and production equipment
• Regularly monitor employee performance to support production targets
• Prepare and manage the production budget
• Utilize resources efficiently to improve productivity and control production cost per ton

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in the steel structure industry only.
• At least 5 years experience managing a subordinates approximately 400 employees or more as Manager level up.
• Good computer skills and English communication skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to make effective decisions and solve problems promptly.
• Able to work well under pressure and achieve the company's production targets.
• Able to attend face to face interview.
• Holding an SWE (Welding Engineering) certification is an advantage.
• Japanese language proficiency is an advantage.
• Business level in English is an advantage.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Work in office - Monday – Saturday)
