<Job responsibilities>

- Formulate maintenance and improvement plans for various management standard systems, including legal requirements
- Set quality assurance department objectives and operational plans aligned with the company's mission and goals
- Manage, control, monitor, and review operations to comply with standard system requirements and customer specifications
- Manage the documentation system structure and improve various documents according to organizational structure and standard requirements
- Manage chemical requirements and prepare (MSDS, ICP, IMDS, JAMA, chemSherpa other)/ track and update EHS DATABASE or as requested by customers
- Manage customer complaints and analyze quality assurance processes to find solutions for non-conforming products
- Manage product and production process monitoring and measurement processes to ensure stability and continuity
- Analyze data using statistical methods for quality problem solving based on facts and help reduce waste costs
- Develop product quality assurance systems to ensure customer confidence and satisfaction
- Coordinate with certification bodies to schedule annual surveillance audits and implement NC corrections
- Organize internal audit activities and follow up on corrective actions

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

- Thai nationality, Male, age 35 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in QA and QMR in a factory environment
- At least 1 year in a managerial role
- Conversational high-level English to Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- ISO certificates: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>

- Experience in Automotive/Electronics industry
- Knowledge of quality management including ISO, 5S, Kaizen, KPIs, BSC, TQM

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area:  Nongkhae, Saraburi
Working Hour:   8:00-17:00(Monday - Saturday)
