<Job responsibilities>

- Optimize, and Manage the monthly/annual sales forecasting and sales performance analysis
- Oversee the acquisition and structural reporting of operational data metrics
- Standardize quantitative data flows into actionable report/dashboard formats
- Formulate, Build, analyze, and deliver high-impact presentations for related parties and executive reviews
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal and external parties
- Effectively delegate responsibilities to direct subordinates, establish robust KPIs, and actively Provide coaching, intervention, and technical mentorship

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

- Thai nationality, Male, Female , age 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Planning, Corporate Strategy, or F&B Marketing with a focus on CRM/loyalty program analysis from Restaurants, Retails, FMCG company (sales forecasting)
- At least 1 year of managing subordinates (with Supervisor, Assistant Manger or Manager level)
- Basic understanding of general accounting and finance practices (P&L, GL, etc.)
- Competency in Microsoft office and Google Workspace environments
- Advanced Excel skills: logical/statistical formulas, Pivot pipelines, and macro architecture
- Conversational high to business in English  for daily operations and technical systems
- Open-minded adaptability, and excellent collaborative team-player mechanics
- Exceptional logical frameworks, high detail orientation, an agile learning mindset with a commitment to continuous upskilling

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>

- Experience in SAP
- Japanese language Holding JLPT N3, N2, N1
- Experience in Japanese food restaurant
- Experience in supervising or managing task distribution

Working Hour:  8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday)
