Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain good relationships with customers
- Receive and process Purchase Orders (POs)
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Production, Planning, Logistics, and Finance) to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor Production schedules and shipment status
- Prepare order confirmations, shipping documents, and related reports
- Follow up on customer requests, delivery schedules, and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records in the company's ERP/Kintone system
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 24 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Coordinator, Logistics, or a related field in manufacturing/handling clients in the manufacturing industry
- Conversational, High-level English (used for emails with internal parties and clients)
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Able to join immediately
- Experience in the electronics, PCB, or automotive industry is an advantage
- Experience in handling overseas customers and export business is preferred

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday *Lunch Time 11:30-12:30)
