Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Monitor and Control Maintenance KPIs to achieve Department's target.
• Ensure all preventive maintenance (PM) activities are completed according to the maintenance plan.
• Ensure timely corrective actions for machine failures and abnormalities.
• Manage maintenance manpower and resources effectively to support production operations.
• Lead and manage all maintenance activities (PM, BM and CM) for manufacturing.
• Plan, monitor and control preventive maintenance schedules to ensure all maintenance activities are completed as planned.
• Monitor machine performance and equipment condition to improve reliability and availability.
• Analyze major equipment failures, identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with related departments to support production targets.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• High diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering. (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields)
• Have working experience at least 5 years of working experience as Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or Mechanical Engineer from any manufacturing industry.
• Have management experience at least 1 year as Supervisor level for candidates who want to apply for Supervisor position or have management experience at least 3 years as Supervisor for candidates who want to apply for Assistant Manager position
• Strong experience of Preventive Maintenance. (PM)
• Have working experience of maintain utility, facility and machinery.
• Conversational low-middle level of English
• Knowledge of occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations. Safety Officer (Professional Level) certification is an advantage.
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Amatanakhorn Phase 2 Bankao, Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Saturday Working: Twice a month)
