<Job responsibilities>

- Enter transaction details into the internal system accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare transaction-related documents, including invoices, Packing lists, credit/debit notes, and other relevant documents
- Coordinate delivery arrangements, including communicating with suppliers, customers, and logistic company
- Perform routine tasks within the team under general supervision and guidance

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Coordinator / Logistics / Supply Chain Management in a trading company
- Conversational High level in English (communicate with Japanese sales and international customers)
- Proficient in Microsoft office Excel and SAP

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>

- Logistics knowledge
- Accounting knowledge
- TOEIC 700+

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: MRT Lumphini
Working Hour:  8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday, flexible working hours from 07.30 AM-04.00 PM or 09.00 AM-05.30 PM)
