<Job responsibilities>

- To support the AOI machine team in the SMT process (Installation/ maintenance/ troubleshoot/ training/ production support)
- Provide Support to Engineers, reliability/technicians, and factory operations teams for continuous improvement activities in safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and Maintain electrical equipment or machinery performance.
- Guide customers through how equipment works, including how to use it safely, and provide clear customer feedback
- Ensure that Out-of-hours callouts are responded to on time.
- Deliver services to customers effectively and on time.
- Follow and Adhere to Health, safety, and Environmental standards and regulations at all times.
- Other tasks as assigned by the team and management.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

- Thai nationality, Male, age 28 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related engineering field
- At least 5 years of experience as a service engineer, Installation, maintenance, troubleshoot in machinery
- Conversational Middle level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management and customers, emails, reports, and documents)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Pleasant personality, High responsibility, active, and service-minded.
- Hard-working and can work on board, holiday, and late work.
- Can work under pressure, patient, and Trustworthy.
- Good problem-solving skills.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>

- Experience in Yamaha, SMT, AOI, Omron machines
- Experience in a Small-Sized Company
- Experience in a Japanese company

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: MRT Rama 9
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday - Friday, Saturday Working: Once a Month, by company calendar and available to work on holiday)
