<Job responsibilities>

- Manage and Oversee safety, Occupational Health & Environment aspects in Warehouse and Logistics areas.
- Ensure safety in operations such as forklift, material handling, loading & unloading, racking, and transportation.
- Conduct job risk assessment (JSA) and determine measures to prevent accidents.
- Analyze and investigate accidents, including near misses, and determine corrective and preventive actions.
- To inspect warehouse safety standards, including walkways, storage areas, stacking, racking, and loading bay areas.
- Establish and monitor traffic management measures for forklift trucks and personnel within the area.
- Ensure the safety of contractors, subcontractors, and Logistics service providers.
- Develop and monitor safety KPIs, safety audits, and safety Improvement Plans.
- Plan Emergency Response, Fire Prevention, and conduct Emergency drills.
- Conduct training and activities to build safety awareness and safety culture for employees and contractors.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Transport, operations departments and other relevant departments.
- Other tasks as assigned by the management.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 35 - 42 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience in Safety Officer within Manufacturing, Warehouses, Logistics, and Distribution Centers 
- At least 3 years of experience at the Assistant Manager or Manager Level
- Conversational High level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management, reports, emails, and documents)
- Knowledge of forklift safety, Warehouse safety, transportation safety, and material handling
- Knowledge of safety, Occupational Health laws, and related regulations
- Skills in risk assessment, Accident Investigation, safety Audit, and Emergency Response

<Preferable Skill / Experience>

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
- Experience in a Japanese company
- Experience in Warehouse and Logistics within automotive/parts distribution Industry will be given special consideration

Workplace Area:  Phra Pradaeng, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 7:30-16:30(Monday - Friday, Saturday Working: Around 1-2 times per month according to the company's calendar)
