Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage daily maintenance operations for company-owned trucks
• Perform and supervise routine maintenance such as tire changes and oil changes
• Handle minor truck repairs and coordinate necessary repairs
• Inspect truck conditions and identify maintenance issues at an early stage
• Manage and assign tasks to maintenance staff
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and demonstrate proper maintenance procedures
• Manage maintenance schedules, repair costs, and vehicle availability
• Coordinate with related departments and support other duties as assigned
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-50 years
• Any Gender
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in truck or heavy vehicle maintenance
• Experience supervising or managing maintenance staff
• Hands-on experience performing routine truck maintenance and minor repairs
• Experience maintaining Hino, Isuzu, Volvo, or other commercial trucks will be preferable
• Experience managing a fleet maintenance operation will be preferable
• Experience working for a truck manufacturer, dealer, transportation company, or fleet operator will be preferable
• Experience managing approximately 10 or more maintenance staff will be preferable
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Sriracha Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday, also Saturday work around 2 times per month)
