Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supporting and coordinating Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities to ensure that raw materials, components, work-in-process, finished products, and related processes comply with approved specifications, customer requirements, applicable standards, and internal procedures.
• Supports the Quality Manager in maintaining effective quality controls across production and laboratory operations and assists in preventing the release or use of nonconforming products or materials.
• Learn, understand, and apply helmet and visor standards, homologation requirements, type-approval testing, Quality of Production (QOP) testing, internal test methods, customer-specific requirements, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
• Support the preparation, review, issuance, revision, and control of quality documentation, including forms, inspection standards, control plans, control drawings, test records, procedures, work instructions, quality reports, and related documents.
• Coordinate quality improvement activities with Production, Industrial Engineering (IE), Continuous Improvement (CI), Laboratory, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, and other relevant departments to improve product conformity and process effectiveness.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Necessary Skill / Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Engineer, or a related function from any manufacturing.
• Experience in raw material quality inspection, incoming process.
• Experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Experience in statistical quality tools, root cause analysis, risk-based thinking, and problem-solving methods such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, 8D.
• Conversational middle - high level in English (Internal Meeting with international branches / Interview in English)
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle helmet, composite product, or related manufacturing industries is highly preferred 
• Internal auditor experience is preferred.
• Strong experience in the material Fiber – Carbon is preferred.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday / Saturday working: Everage 2 Sat per month *Depends on company calendar)
