Production Manager (50K – 80K) (SDG-133609) - บริษัท จัดหางาน อาร์จีเอฟ เอชอาร์ เอเจนท์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the production process to follow the company's plans and targets
• Control and monitor the production process from raw material preparation to finished products according to required standards
• Control quality, cost, production quantity, and product delivery schedules to meet targets and customer requirements
• Manage and allocate manpower, machinery, raw materials, and other resources to achieve maximum efficiency
• Control and inspect production processes including metal work, electrical work, and operation of machinery such as cutting, drilling, bending, welding, painting, and electrical circuit work
• Control and improve the production process to reduce defects, reduce costs, and increase production efficiency
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Quality Control, Warehouse, Sales, and other related departments to ensure smooth production
• Check and monitor employees' working standards and ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and safety standards
• Prepare and monitor production reports such as production quantity, quality, defects, costs, and production efficiency
• Provide guidance and develop team members' skills, as well as build an effective team

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in production management and production control in Electronic field only.
• At least 1 year of experience in managing subordinates as Manager level up.
• Conversational daily-middle level in English. (Able to do report and document in English)
• Experience of production processes including cutting, drilling, bending, welding, painting, and electrical circuit work for control panels / MDB cabinet.
• Able to read and understand production drawings and electrical circuit diagrams.
• Good command of AutoCAD.
• Able to attend face to face interview.
• Experience in metal manufacturing, electrical control panel production, structural work, or made-to-order manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Good command in English is an advantage.

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri / 2 SAT per month)
