Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create a plan, control, and standardize of production.
• Control production line run smoothly.
• Responsible for Kaizen, Productivity, Maintenance system, budget control, Cost down project.
• Coordinate monthly production workflow for every products.
• Solve the problem that happen in production line.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in production management from machinery manufacturing industry.
• At least 2 years of management experience as Assistant Manager or higher level.
• Must experience in middle size machinery production.
• Experience in production with CNC, milling, grinding, or welding machines.
• High conversational level in English (Communicate with JP Manager directly *Interview in English)
• No job hopper (No changing jobs every year)
• Experience in production of dust collector or similar products will be preferable.
• Have knowledge or experience of using "NC laser processing machine" will be preferable.
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Amata city Industrial Estate Pluak Daeng, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri (Sat: None))
