Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide Japanese-Thai interpretation to accurately communicate instructions and guidance from Japanese instructors to Thai employees
• Prepare for and support BRC certification audits
• Prepare and analyze statistical quality data
• Support yield improvement activities
• Conduct quality-related training and education for employees
• Coordinate with production departments regarding quality-related matters
• Perform other duties related to quality control and interpretation as assigned
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Having experience of QC in any Japanese manufacturing
• Conversational high level of Japanese (To accurately convey the content of instruction from Japanese instructors)
• Experience in the flexible packaging or related manufacturing industry is preferable
• Experience with BRC certification or audit preparation is preferable is preferable
• Experience in yield improvement or statistical quality data analysis is preferable
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : Conversational
Workplace Area: Nikhom Pattana Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:45 (Monday to Friday Saturday: 1-2 times per months depending on company's calendar)
