<Job responsibilities>

- Manage and oversee Overall production Operations to ensure production targets, quality, Cost, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Develop and implement production plans in line with company objectives and customer requirements.
- Monitor production processes and Identify Opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Manage and Develop production teams, including supervisors, team leaders, and operators.
- Coordinate with production planning, quality Assurance, Maintenance, warehouse, and other related departments to ensure smooth production operations.
- Control and optimize manpower, machines, materials, and production resources.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, quality standards, and production procedures.
- Analyze production performance, Identify root causes of problems, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen, 5S, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.
- Prepare and report production performance, KPIs, and improvement plans to Japanese management and senior management.
- Communicate and Coordinate with Japanese management/headquarters regarding production performance, issues, and improvement activities.
- Handle customer visits and Support communication with customers when required.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

- Thai nationality, Male, age 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years in Production Engineer from manufacturing company (from 300-1,000 company size)
- At least 5 years as Assistant Manager or Manager level 
- Conversation high in English (communicate with Japanese headquarter, Japanese management  and colleagues, also welcome and Assist clients during their visits)

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>

- Having Experience of Working in Japanese company
- Japanese skills

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Lamphun
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday)
