<Job responsibilities>

- Oversee and Manage overall factory operations as a future factory Manager.
- Lead approximately 130 employees across multiple functions and departments within the factory.
- Manage production activities to ensure smooth and efficient factory operations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to achieve production, quality, delivery, and operational targets.
- Monitor factory performance and Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership and direction to department managers, supervisors, and factory employees.
- Work closely with Japanese management and Report on factory performance, issues, and improvement activities.
- Support management in maintaining stable factory operations and developing the organization for the future.
- Take responsibility for overall factory management and gradually assume the responsibilities of the current Factory Manager.
- Other assigned tasks by Report line
- Proven experience managing a large number of employees and multiple departments/functions.
- Technical background related to manufacturing, such as mechanical engineering or materials engineering.
- Strong leadership, people management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

- Thai nationality, Male, age 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Material/Electrical Engineering or another relevant field.
- Extensive management Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 7 year experience at Factory Manager level or equivalent senior manufacturing management position.
- Conversational high level of English (for communication with management and internal stakeholders.)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>

- Experience in the Automotive or Automotive-related manufacturing industry.
- Experience managing a factory organization of approximately 100 employees or more.
- knowledge of production management, quality, productivity improvement, and factory operations.
- Japanese language communication skills.
- Experience working with Japanese management or within a Japanese manufacturing company.

Working Hour: 7:30-16:30 (Monday-Friday, Saturday: One day off per month)
