Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Oversee and finalize monthly and annual closing, including financial KPI analysis
• Record accounting transactions and verify the accuracy of accounting records
• Prepare budgets and manage variance analysis between budget and actual results
• Handle tax-related tasks (support tax filings, audits by external auditors, etc.)
• Manage fixed assets and calculate depreciation
• Oversee payments, collections, and cash flow control
• Drive and support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics within the department

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance in manufacturing,
• At least 3 years of experience in a Manager-level position.
• Have working experience in organization with approximately 500 employees.
• Experience in cash and bank control, including verification of document authenticity, bank system management, and cash flow control. (Must have)
• Experience of BOI, including understanding BOI privileges and conditions (Must have)
• CPD license.
• Conversation middle level in English to communicate with Japanese President.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Not consider Job hopper.
• Experience in costing and inventory control is preferred
• Business-level English and/or Japanese proficiency will be an advantage
• Experience working in a Japanese company will be an advantage
