Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage and control daily production activities within the assigned press manufacturing group
• Monitor production progress, output, and delivery performance and respond promptly to production delays or abnormalities
• Control product quality and coordinate immediate actions for defects and other quality-related issues
• Manage manpower allocation, attendance, and daily workforce utilization to maintain stable production operations
• Support the Manager with operational data collection, daily performance monitoring, and budget-related reporting
• Execute Kaizen, cost reduction, productivity improvement, and other profitability improvement activities
• Train and develop Team Leaders and operators to strengthen technical skills, problem-solving ability, and production capability
• Other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-39 years
• Any Gender
• High Diploma
• At least 2 years of experience in press or stamping production within an automotive company
• Experience supervising production, quality, manpower, and daily operational activities
• Experience leading, training, or coordinating a production team
• Experience with automotive body parts, steel sheet press parts, or functional automotive components
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, TPS, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience supporting production performance reporting, cost control, or productivity improvement
• Good problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Prachin Buri
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Saturday Working: 1 or 2 times per month (Depend on company's calendar))
