<Job responsibilities>

- Support maintenance, overhaul, troubleshooting, and site supervision activities for gas turbines, gas engines, power plant equipment, and other industrial machinery
- Lead maintenance teams during project execution as team Leader or supervisor
- Plan and Coordinate site activities, including work plans, lifting plans, mobilization plans, and project schedules
- Perform hands-on Mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment
- Conduct risk assessments for operational activities and implement corrective actions
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records
- Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage safety procedures and protocols on site

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

- Thai nationality, Male, age 30 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in mechanical service, maintenance, or field service engineering (Industrial Equipment, Machinery)
- English at a high level (to communicate with Japanese manager, emails, and documents)
- Experience leading site Mechanical teams as a team Leader or supervisor
- Hands-on Mechanical maintenance skills
- Ability to Prepare work plans, lifting plans, mobilization plans, and project schedules
- knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial equipment
- Ability to assess operational risks and implement corrective actions
- Experience in reporting and documentation
- Good understanding of Mechanical maintenance fundamentals

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>

- Experience in lifting operations using cranes and/or chain blocks
- Experience with gas turbines, gas engines, or rotating equipment
- Familiarity with lifting operations using cranes and/or chain blocks
