Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Develop and Manage overall HR functions, including Benefits & Welfare, HR Administration, Employee Relations, HR development, performance management, Learning, and Rewards
- Conduct salary and Benefits benchmarking and provide market comparisons for management decision-making
- Analyze Employee compensation to ensure competitiveness with the market
- Plan and Manage HR operations in line with company policies
- Establish and maintain company rules, regulations, and Code of Conduct in compliance with labor laws
- Act as a Key mediator between management and employees to promote mutual understanding and prevent conflicts
- Develop Succession planning and Career Path plans

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Manager in any manufacturing industry, and 10 years in overall HR functions with management experience.
- Conversation high level in English to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Good knowledge of labor laws and safety regulations
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience working with labor unions is preferred
- Strong leadership, self-motivation, and ability to work in a factory environment
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Kaeng Khoi, Saraburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday-Friday)
