<Job responsibilities>

- Overall management of production and commercial seed production operations, providing leadership and direction to key managers/supervisors and their teams on all aspects of seed production operations and resource management from supply planning to seed distribution for local and export markets
- Propose, implement, monitor, and supervise all strategies related to production to ensure the company meets its vision
- Reengineer necessary processes to ensure cost-effective production, minimize production time, deliver products on time, and achieve excellence in quality
- Maintain and improve machines and equipment to increase process capability and reduce losses
- Lead, mentor, unite, and motivate subordinates through challenging, difficult, and complex problems and tasks with effective human and resource management
- Set, monitor, and Review the performance of subordinates while ensuring expectations are met in a dynamic production environment
- Ensure team members follow company rules & regulations and take disciplinary action when necessary
- Comply with Company Rules and Regulation, educate and monitor subordinates to handle 3Q6S and Management Systems such as RBA, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Energy Management System, etc.
- Manage people and Develop skills within the team
- Perform related work as required

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 42 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field
- At least 10 years in Production Management practice in the manufacturing of electronic parts, such as Die Casting, Deburring, CNC, E-Coating, Visual and at least 8 years at the management level
- Conversational High level in English to Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent Personal skills, leadership, and teamwork
- Strong adaptability and a work-under-pressure mindset

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>

- Experience in a Japanese company

Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Nong-Khae, Saraburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Saturday, Saturday Working: 2 days per Month according to the company's calendar)
