Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Control plastic injection and assembly processes according to the production plan.
• Supervise production line operators.
• Analyze and solve problems in the injection molding process.
• Install and repair molds.
• Inspect mold quality and analyze root causes of mold problems.
• Set up molds and adjust machine and mold parameters for production.
• Set up and adjust robots for production.
• Set up die press machines and adjust parameters for production.
• Control plastic injection and assembly processes according to the production plan.

• Set up die press machines and adjust parameters for production.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field only.
• At least 3 years of experience as Injection Process, Assembly Line in Automotive company (Plastic only).
• Has experience as in managing subordinates under control.
• Conversational daily-middle level of English (Able to do report and document in English).
• Must have experience in Plastic injection Process, Assembly Line.
• Must have experience in setting molding conditions, set up machine and installing molds.
• Able to setting robot, setting Die Press.
• Able to do shift work if required.
• Able to attend face to face interview.
• At least 1 year experience as Senior or Supervisor level is an advantage.
• Good command in English is an advantage (TOEIC 500).
• Have JLPT is an advantage.
• Have working experience in Japanese company is an advantage.
Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None
Workplace Area: Pluak Daeng, Rayong
Working Hour: 7:50-16:50 (Mon-Fri Saturday Working: 1-2 times per Month / average 17 SAT per year)
