Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve the service quality of the warehouse and delivery to customers
- Quickly respond to the customers' feedback
- Manage and train warehouse personnel to adhere to the Department's objectives
- Design warehouse layout and classification of stocks, and fully utilize warehouse spaces in each location
- Implement and ensure clearly safety conditions, procedures, and discipline in the warehouse
- Employee Evaluation & Control in Action for subordinates (9 persons)
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics or any related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in Warehouse from Logistics or Manufacturing industry.
- At least 2 years management as Senior - Supervisor level.
- Conversation middle in English (used for internal report & document, interview + test in English)
- Strong interpersonal skills, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, Team management
- Forklift license.
- Must be able to F2F interview at Bangpoo or Sriracha office.
Languages skills:
- English: Conversational
- Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Si Racha District, Chonburi
Working Hour: 08:30-17:00 (Monday - Friday (Every other Saturday))
