Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Analyze market trends, customer demand, and sales performance to Prepare accurate forecasts and business plans.
- Identify potential business opportunities and propose sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to Plan product availability and pricing strategies aligned with market needs.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to introduce new products and enhance the company's brand positioning.
- Manage end-to-end order processing, from receiving customer inquiries to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time response.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to confirm order details, shipment schedules, and delivery arrangements.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to Maintain optimal stock Balance, avoiding shortages and excess.
- Prepare and Maintain regular reports on sales results, inventory status, and order progress to Support business planning and
management review.

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Female, age 23 - 28 years old
- Bachelor's degree- At least 1 year of experience in a Coordinator, Sales Support, or Business Development role in the Trading or
Manufacturing industry
- Conversational middle level of English (documents, email, communication with reporting Line)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience with forecasting or Analysis skills
- Experience in a Japanese company
- Japanese language skills are an advantage

English level: Conversational
Japanese level: None
