<Job responsibilities>
- Provide financial advisory services for M&a transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
- Conduct business valuation and financial analysis to assess the value of target companies and investment opportunities.
- Prepare financial models, valuation reports, and financial advisory materials.
- Analyze financial statements, business performance, cash flow, and financial risks of target companies.
- Support financial due diligence and identify key financial considerations in M&a transactions.
- Support M&a transaction processes, including deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution.
- Conduct industry research, market analysis, and financial assessments to support clients' investment decisions.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with clients, financial institutions, legal advisors, and other external professionals involved in transactions.
- Perform other financial advisory and M&a-related tasks as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree- Practical experience in M&A advisory, financial advisory, investment banking, or other directly related financial transaction services.
- Hands-on Experience in business valuation, financial analysis, or M&a transaction execution.
- Strong understanding of corporate Finance, financial statements, and valuation methodologies.
- Business level of English (TOEIC 850+)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Experience working at an investment bank, M&a advisory firm, financial advisory consulting firm, or Big Four transaction advisory team.
- Experience in M&a-related financial advisory services at a law firm or other professional services firm.
- Experience in financial modelling, discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, and comparable company analysis.
- Experience in financial due diligence, transaction structuring, or deal execution.
- Experience working on cross-border M&a transactions.
- Experience advising Japanese or multinational corporate clients.
