Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Develop and test flavor applications for food, beverages, and other consumer products to evaluate product performance and suitability
- Take over projects from the Sales team and collaborate with customers throughout the product development process, from initial application testing and formulation adjustments to final evaluation and project completion
- Conduct sensory analysis and product evaluations to ensure product quality, consistency, and alignment with customer requirements
- Organize and maintain flavor and fragrance samples, ensuring proper storage and identification
- Maintain accurate records of formulations, test results, customer requirements, and project progress
- Research and evaluate raw materials for suitability, stability, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure products meet relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining proper technical documentation
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to Provide technical Support, recommend suitable product applications, and address customer requirements throughout the development process
- Visit client to taste the product if needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in food science, food technology, product development, or related fields
- At least 2 years of R&D/QC experience in the food business
- Conversational high level of English (for internal communication with report line, documents, reports, email)
- Have personal car and driver's license (for visit client)
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Having Experience in the beverage industry, especially coffee
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: ARL Ban Thap Chang
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday)
