Senior Casting Process Engineer (Aluminium Casting) (50K–80K) (SDG-134963) - บริษัท จัดหางาน อาร์จีเอฟ เอชอาร์ เอเจนท์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

<Job responsibilities>
- Design and Verify manufacturing processes for aluminium casting products.
- Design and Verify casting molds, dies, and casting methods.
- Design and Verify jigs and fixtures for production processes.
- Conduct process improvement (Kaizen) activities.
- Troubleshoot technical problems during mass production.
- Develop and launch production processes for new products.
- Calculate and estimate production costs.
- Review engineering drawings and determine appropriate casting and processing conditions.
- Provide technical guidance and training to Thai production staff.
- Support production teams in solving casting-related technical issues and improving manufacturing efficiency.
- Coordinate with related departments regarding production processes and technical improvements.
- Other tasks as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 60 years old
- Bachelor's degree- At least 10 years of practical experience in casting mold/die design or casting method/gating system design, preferably for aluminium casting products.
- Practical Experience in process Design, jig Design, and production Cost estimation.
- Strong technical Knowledge of aluminium casting processes.
- Experience in troubleshooting mass production problems and improving manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAE software.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to Communicate effectively in Thai for technical guidance and training.
- Have driving license.


<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in aluminium die casting or other aluminium casting processes.
- Experience providing technical training or guidance to production engineers and operators.
- Experience in new product launches and casting process development.
- Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
