Responsibilities
<Job responsibilities>
- Analyze work processes and identify areas for improvement
- Control and Supervise work within the production section
- Control and monitor work operations to ensure they meet the required standards
- Prepare and implement work instructions for production operations
- Plan and manage work activities to achieve the production targets
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments
- Control and monitor production quality
- Prepare and control checking lists for work processes
- Supervise employees to ensure that they follow work procedures and requirements
- Inspect and monitor product quality and ensure compliance with the required standards

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 24 - 32 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Science, Engineer or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Production and Production Planning from manufacturing company (Preferable Automotive, Electronics, Machinery or industrial products)
- Experience in management subordinates
- Daily Conversation in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Direct expereice of Steel Wire
- Experience in Japanese comapny
- Conversation Middle or High in English
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Bang Pu Industrial Estate, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30((Monday-Friday) *Every other saturday)
