- Identify organizational challenges within client companies through survey analysis
- Discover issues based on organizational strengths and weaknesses and prioritize action items
- Propose organizational improvement initiatives
- Support clients in implementing transformation and improvement measures

Qualifications
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 22 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree- At least 1 year of work experience in Customer success, sales, consulting, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcomed)
- Conversational High level of Japanese (N2 Up. for internal and external communication)
- Conversarional High level of English (communicate with overseas clients, email and documents.)
- Strong desire to contribute to rapid business growth with strong sense of ownership
- A person who deeply resonates with our business mission and values
- A person who can face challenges with resilience and high standards, even in difficult situations
- A clear and positive communicator who builds trust and collaboration with others
- A self-driven learner with Strong curiosity and motivation to continuously grow

- Sales Experience (B2C or B2B)
- Experience in management, HR, recruitment, or training and development
- Consulting Experience
