<Job responsibilities>
- Management and Control legally document system for company Thai, Support the contact to the legal consult for company group
privileged and permission process
- Contact the public agency for foreign permit working license of company Thai such as IEAT, labor & Industrial department
- Perform related legally work to Support as require.
- Control document expatriate employee's work permit, visa, re-entry and other concern.
- Manage and cooperate matter deal with custom department for export privileged of company/goal card, refund tax.
- Review legal company agreement concern to sales, transportation, leasing, delivery, sales land, etc.
- Deal with BOI, IEAT for permit official document for construction and other concern.
- Responsible for Promote and encourage the achievement of safety, occupation health and environment goal.
- Follow up IATF,ISO and OHSAS system.
- Other assigned tasks by Manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, age 22 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- At least 3 years of experience in reviewing contracts and providing legal opinions as a legal officer (New graduates are welcomed)
- Conversations high level in English (Communication with Japanese report lines, agreements and e-mails)
- Experience in handling agreements such as concerns to sales, transportation, leasing, and delivery, and managing to Control legal
documents of the company
- Having a driving license (for contact external)

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Have good relations with government agencies such as the Labour department and Industrial department, Customs, BOI, etc.
- Japanese company Experience
- Automotive industry Experience

Language Skill
English level: Conversational
Japanese level: None

Workplace Area: Bang Phli Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 08:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday, 1-2 Saturdays per month (depends on company calendar))
