<Job responsibilities>
- Main Responsibily to Support Gear - Mechanical
- As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of large CNC machinery. This role requires frequent on-site support at client factories both in Thailand and across Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia Perform installation, maintenance, and repair services for large CNC gear processing machines while providing technical support and training to clients across Southeast Asia.
- Install, inspect, and troubleshoot large CNC machines at client sites
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machinery
- Handle electrical diagnostics, including PLC troubleshooting and system calibration
- Provide technical Support and training to clients on machine operation and maintenance
- Prepare Service reports and Coordinate with engineering teams for technical solutions
- Travel frequently to client locations both locally in Thailand and overseas in Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc.)
- Collaborate with Japanese and Thai engineers to ensure Service quality and customer satisfaction

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationalit , Male, age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree- Vocational Certificate or Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electronics or Mechatronics
- As least 1 years experience as Machine Operators, Maintenance Engineers, or Service Engineers with NC/CNC Machine Tools
- Conversation Middle in English (able to communicate about work operation in English with Managemnt and clients, also oversea business trip)
- Have personal car with Driving license
- Ability to travel abroad for business/training (Southeast Asia (Mostly in Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Phillippines)
- Openness to occasional weekend on-site visits (OT provided)

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Conversation high in English
- Japanese language is preferable
- PLC is preferable (FANUC and Mitsubishi)

Working Hour: 08:30-17:30 (Monday - Friday)
