<Job responsibilities>
- Oversee and control the production processes within the department to ensure operations are carried out in accordance with the established targets.
- Supervise and manage team members and subordinates to ensure production activities meet the required operational standards and quality requirements.
- Plan, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production processes to ensure that production operations are always ready and run efficiently.
- Develop and implement strategies, improvements, and innovations to increase productivity and reduce waste and losses throughout the production process.
- Coordinate with relevant departments, such as QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, Planning, and other related departments, to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 35 - 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience in an assembly production line environment.
- Conversational middle or high in English for daily internal conversation and Report writing.
- Strong understanding of production processes, particularly assembly lines; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (2D, 3D).

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Ability to understand and interpret electrical single-line diagrams will be an advantage.
- Experience in transformer assembly

English level: Conversational
Japanese level: None

Workplace Area: Pathumthani Industrial area
Working Hour: 08:00-17:30 (Monday to Friday, Saturday Working: according to company's calendar)
