<Job responsibilities>
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather requirements from customers
- Study and assess customer IT areas to identify and group requirements
- Find the best-fit tech solution among all possibilities to meet customer group requirements
- Define features, pros and cons of products to Support Product selection
- Create presentation documents and explain entire solutions to internal teams and customers
- Supply technical details of proposed solutions, draft project duration and manday estimation
- Keep up-to-date knowledge in Networking, Security, and associated technologies

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree- At least 2 years of work experience in Sales or Pre-Sales (Familiar with enterprise products such as VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Cisco, TrendMicro, Palo Alto, Veeam Backup, Cloud services AWS or Azure)
- Understand security concepts such as Zero Trust, SASE, Cloud security, security for IoT/OT
- Conversation-high or business level in English for internal and external communication

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience with a System Integrator (SI), particularly in implementation Engineer or Presales roles, will be considered an advantage
- Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Azure certified will be an advantage

English level: Conversational
Japanese level: None

Workplace Area: BTS Phloen Chit
Working Hour: 08:30-17:30 (Monday - Friday > Flexible Working Hours > Hybrid (work from home/everywhere)(Some Saturday working as stated in the Company’s calendar))
