Responsibilities
- Financial Closing Support – Assist in month-end and year-end closing, prepare journal entries, and reconcile accounts.
- Accounts Receivable – Record AR transactions, Monitor outstanding balances, and Perform reconciliations.
- Billing & Collection – issue invoices, follow up on payments, and Support resolution of Billing discrepancies.
- Financial reporting – Prepare basic financial reports and Supporting schedules as assigned.
Qualifications
< Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female, age 22 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year experiences in accounting fields or Fresh Grad in accounting field are welcome (with direct internship) *Please attach transcript for consideration
- Conversation high level in English (to communicate daily with Japanese management, report and documents)
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Office programs
- Like service, challenging, talented and creative, and want to grow along with the Organization
- Experience in Dynamix365
< Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience in supporting Month end, Year End closing
- Experience in Dynamix365
Language Skill
English level : Conversational
